My fig jam was excellent. I was worried because I had bags of frozen figs. My tree just wouldn’t stop last summer. I just rinsed them and gave them a quick chop with the food processor and used them frozen. Your recipe was so simple I can’t wait to try more!

So pleased to hear that you like the pictures – I think it is important to have a photo with each recipe so you know what to expect, plus people eat with their eyes before ever tasting the food, which is great for inspiration.

I found your blog looking for a fig jam recipe but got totally taken away by your photos. I want to try all of your recipes because they look so beautiful. The colors and staging are perfect.
Now back to the fig jam. I have a freezer full of figs and hope they will work.
