Hi Marianne,
Happy New Year.
So pleased to hear that the jam turned out well, and a nice additional note for other readers of the blog that frozen figs work just as well. Feedback is so important so thanks for following up. Speak soon

Hi again Erika! My fig jam was excellent. I was worried because I had bags of frozen figs. My tree just wouldn't stop last summer. I just rinsed them and gave them a quick chop with the food processor and used them frozen. Your recipe was so simple I can't wait to try more!

Hi Marianne,
Your comment was like a lovely Chirstmas present when I logged in this morning :)
So pleased to hear that you like the pictures - I think it is important to have a photo with each recipe so you know what to expect, plus people eat with their eyes before ever tasting the food, which is great for inspiration.
Please keep in touch and let me know how your fig jam turns out. I will soon be posting some recipes for green bean and roasted hazelnut salad and Sweet oven roasted apples.
I hope you have enjoyed the holidays.

Erika your photos are gorgeous! I found your blog looking for a fig jam recipe but got totally taken away by your photos. I want to try all of your recipes because they look so beautiful. The colors and staging are perfect.
Now back to the fig jam. I have a freezer full of figs and hope they will work.
I'm going to subscribe and look forward to trying out more of your recipes.

I have a new favourite blog!!

I just need to get cracking on a recipe now. What would you recommend I try (bearing in mind I'm impossibly lazy and working with limited stuff in the kitchen)?

All the best,
