So pleased to hear that the lemon cake was such a success!! I also don’t like when the lemon taste is too overpowering or the cake too sweet.
Perhaps this recipe would work with other citrus fruits! And yes this is just another example of the utility of the fabulous Luki!!! xxx

It was an easy recipe and I had all things on hand. Very moist and nice lemony taste but not too overpowering! Lovely with a cup of tea mid afternoon.
So, Luki………….where were you when I needed you!!! I HAD to wrap one half a lemon in saran after all! Cannot wait to own another L Lemon Squeezer!
