Also I found that if you used milk with 3.8% fat, the rice pudding turns out EVEN BETTER!!!

Nice and creamy, just the way I like it. We served it with a sprinkling of brown gugar and some raisins on top. To die for. Thank you for sharing such a wonderful dessert.
