Then you can fill them with cheeses (I used to do a ricotta and spinach filling) and serve three of them for an entree, or even as party food!

Patricia : thanks for your note. The nice thing about this recipe is that you can prepare it the night before and then bake it in the oven an hour before you need to serve it! Makes cooking for guests easier.

Happygrub : My fiancé is also a cheese addict – though in my case I am living in the right country. Can you not order online and have the cheese shipped to you? As I said to Patricia – this recipe can be easily pre-assembled and baked later.
