		<description><![CDATA[&lt;strong&gt;AIMEE:&lt;/strong&gt; nice to hear from you :) I agree, bread making is a rewarding, relaxing process (well accept when my Swedish bread decided to grow legs and walk .....) I would think this bread would freeze well - but best to freeze it as soon as it cools so that it doesn&#039;t dry out.
